All tenant requests for maintenance must be provided in writing, please ensure your request is detailed to accurately outline the issue you are experiencing.

The most time efficient way of requesting maintenance is by logging into our Tenant Portal where you can access your property information and report maintenance issues 24 hours a day. The Tenant Portal gives you real time access to your tenancy information, whenever you need it.

If you have not yet registered for the portal, please send an email to rentals@casrealestate.com.au and your Property Manager will set you up.

Please note that in the case of an emergency, the Residential Tenancy Act of 1997 allows you to organise urgent repairs on weekends if you cannot contact your Portfolio Manager. Urgent repairs are: burst water pipes, gas leakage, electrical fault or something that threatens life. Full information can be found here Consumer Affairs Victoria
